We value your custom and aim to dispatch items within 1-2 working days of receipt of your order (excluding weekends, Bank and public holidays). Items ordered on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed on Bank and Public holidays will be despatched on the next working day. A confirmation email will be sent to confirm that the order has been dispatched.

During any promotional period P & P will be charged at the stated amount in the promotion terms.

At all other times the following applies: All orders of less than £50 will be charged at a standard cost of £3.50 and sent Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Orders over £50 will be will be charged at a standard cost of £5.50 and will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Delivery schedule: Recorded items should normally be received on the next working day, but may take a few days longer. Special Delivery items are to be received by 1PM the next working day. Should the item(s) not be delivered according to the times stated for the shipping method please contact 'Definitely You' within 3 working days.

In the event of a delivery taking longer than expected, the seller is not liable for any losses, costs or expenses incurred by the buyer.

The order will be delivered to the Card Holders address, It is his/her responsibility to make the necessary arrangements for taking delivery of the order as a signature will be required

Items that have been paid for by cheque will be despatched once the cheque has cleared, This normally takes five working days.

If the seller has to redeliver the order due to non-delivery, the buyer must pay the postage costs.

Damaged items: Should an item be damaged in transit please email 'Definitely You' within 24 hours of receipt and return the item(s) with the original packaging and envelope. On receipt of the item(s) providing it is clear that the item was not damaged by the receiver we will refund you the postage cost and resend a new item.

Lost items: Loss will not be considered for an item that Royal Mail has not delivered or attempted to deliver until 15 Working Days have elapsed from the Due Date of delivery, at which point it will be considered a Loss unless there is evidence to the contrary.

'Definitely You' will only ship to UK postal addresses.

Returns

'Definitely You' endeavours to supply its jewellery and products following the highest levels of inspection and service. However, if there are any problems we operate a simple returns policy:

No refunds/exchanges are available on earrings for hygiene reasons.

Please check your goods on delivery. If, in the very unlikely event, items do arrive damaged/faulty please let us know within 24 hours (stating order number) and arrange to post them back to us. We will reimburse you these extra postage costs. If you do not inform us within 3 days, then we will have no liability for items said to be damaged/faulty on delivery.

We offer a simple 14 Day Money Back Guarantee as required by the Distance Selling Regulations. If any item is not quite what you required then just notify us by email/post (stating order number and reason for return) within 14 days of receipt. We will then issue you with either a refund or allow you to exchange the item for something else instead. When refunding the customer, postage costs on the original order are not refunded.

Please send items back via a signed for postal service for your own proof of delivery. This postage cost is not reimbursed (unless item is damaged/faulty or incorrectly supplied).

On receipt of item(s) once checked and providing it is clear that the item was not damaged by the receiver we will refund you the postage cost and a new item will be resent.

All refunds will be for the full price of the product, but not the cost of postage unless a faulty or incorrect item was sent. A refund will be made to your credit card account or a cheque refund if payment was received by cheque.

A credit will be made to your account only on receipt of items. All items must be in their original packaging and unworn.

'Definitely You' reserves the right to cancel any order it feels fit to do so, whereupon, all paid monies will be refunded in full.
